Just a quick but huge thank you to you both.  Had a wonderful relaxing and peaceful 3 nights stay in the Croglin pod with our dog who also thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The pod was spotless, well equipped and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever slept so much!
Can’t wait to visit again

We stayed in Cross Fell as a family of four, with our two adult sons in the bunk beds. We’ve stayed in a glamping yurt before, but this was definitely a step-up. Very swanky to have a pod with a spotless en-suite shower room and a kitchenette complete with Belfast sink. If the inside was impressive, the outside was priceless. Sitting out front with a chilled glass of white wine watching the sunset over incredible views of the Eden Valley. Wow! Liz and Dave were wonderful hosts and much as we’d love their place to be our little secret, they deserve all the visitors they can get.

Had a lovely few days glamping. Liz and Dave were very welcoming and couldn’t be any more accomodating. The glamping pods had everything in them and so warm. The camping kitchen were full of games so there were no way we could ever get bored! Very quiet and peaceful site.

We spent a couple of very enjoyable days in Croglyn (the pod name) and were amazed at how comfortable and well-appointed the pods were.  Beautiful views from the deck, quiet surroundings (with only three pods, the place is never crowded) and excellent kitchen/sitting area in a separate building – great for families or parties renting more than one pod who want to socialise. Anyone who dislikes camping should not be put off – it’s like a beautifully designed self-catering hotel room planted in a field.

We visited Eden Valley Glamping as a group of 6 adults and 2 children. We could not recommend this place enough and already cannot wait to go back. The pods and the camp kitchen are amazing and have everything you could possibly need. Lots of lovely touches and amazing comfy beds and duvets. Thank you Eden Valley Glamping

Eden valley is everything and more, it truly fits the description of home away from home. Perfect stay has everything you’re looking for, beautiful views, cosy and has all the equipment so you don’t need to worry about forgetting anything! Dave and Liz are exceptional and so very welcoming, adding every little touch to your stay making it that bit more perfect! Looking forward to staying again

We stayed at Liz and Dave’s fantastic pods in July for a family weekend break. We occupied all 3pods between 6 adults and 2 children and could not believe the high standard of the accommodation. The camp kitchen which is a separate building was equipped with more gadgets than I have at home! It even has a log burning stove which I am looking forward to using when we visit again. We found we spent most of our time in the communal camp kitchen/ lounge playing games, eating and drinking round the large dining table while the children ran round the field which houses the pods.

The pod accommodation is fantastic

Very spacious for our family of four and immaculately maintained. The communal dining and kitchen area is great and well stocked with books, maps, board games and everything you would require to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Dave and Liz were so welcoming and friendly from the moment that we arrived to saying our goodbyes. We look forward to a return trip when we next visit the UK.

Great holiday. Great location
The lovely couple Liz and Dave have a ‘Dragon’s den Peter Jones investment feel’ about them.
The Pods are immaculate and are bigger on the inside than they look on the outside. Love the shower. They have everything you need. There is even a switch next to the bed you can reach to turn the heated towel rail on.
Visited Buttermere, Ullswater and Grasmere – fantastic

Perfect hidden gem

We stayed with our 3 children in the Cross Fell pod at the start of summer. The whole experience was ideal from start to finish. Dave and Liz made us very welcome from the start of our visit and we were astonished by the high standard and comfort of our pod. It has everything you need for a few days – microwave, fridge (with small freezer section for emergency ice cream!), toaster, induction hob and all crockery/utensils required. For bigger cooking requirements the on site camp kitchen is superb – better than my home kitchen – and the wood burning stove is a super cosy addition to that space. It is fabulously stocked with a wide variety of games for children and adults of all ages. The small, but perfectly formed, shower room and toilet in the pod was great – shower pressure was strong enough to wash hair (a helpful baseline).
All of us had a cosy night’s sleep and were astonished at how quiet it was – even on a windy Cumbrian evening the pod was very quiet, and in the morning we weren’t disturbed by our fleecy bleating neighbours at all – although opening the curtains and looking out across the field at them made for a wonderful start for the day.
I cannot recommend a stay at Eden Valley Glamping highly enough; if you want a break from the hurries of the every day, with the comfort of a hotel and the personal nature of camping you can’t beat it!

I stayed at Liz and Dave’s glamping pod the other month and had the most relaxing getaway with my girlfriend, amazing views and super cosy, comfortable glamping pods.
